CRM Manager
ProductWe’re looking for a CRM Manager to join our product team and build communications that genuinely help users — not just become “another email in the inbox.”
You’ll be responsible for creating and launching campaigns that reach users at the right moment and improve their overall product experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Run trigger-based and mass communications across channels (email, push notifications, etc.)
- Develop, build, and launch campaigns — from ideation and layout (in Letteros) to QA and sending
- Work with user segmentation based on the customer journey (CJM)
- Conduct A/B testing: formulate hypotheses, set up experiments, and analyze results
- Analyze campaign performance — from core CRM metrics to impact on user behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: marketing, analytics, product, engineering, legal, etc.
- Own the quality of campaign launches: validate segments, sending logic, rendering, and all details before going live
What we expect from you:
- Native or fluent Russian (both written and spoken) is required
- 2+ years of experience in CRM communications
- Experience with CDP/CRM platforms (e.g., Mindbox, Altcraft)
- Strong understanding of customer journeys (CJM) and how communication impacts user experience
- Data-driven mindset: ability to distinguish between surface metrics (e.g., email opens) and meaningful user actions
- Experience with A/B testing: forming hypotheses, running experiments, and interpreting results beyond surface-level metrics
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience working with large user bases (1M+ users)
- High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
- Proactive mindset: not just executing tasks, but suggesting improvements
- Strong taste in email communications — please share examples of brands whose emails you like and explain why (in your cover letter)
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
