Business Development Manager
Travelpayouts is a partnership platform dedicated to all things travel. Trusted brands like Booking.com, Tripadvisor, and GetYourGuide collaborate with over 500,000 travel content creators around the world using Travelpayouts to bring people the best travel deals.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to promote our product across different markets.
What you will do:
- partner acquisition. Identify potential Aviasales and Travelpayouts B2B partners globally. Engage and build strong relationships with prospective partners, including both travel and non-travel focused businesses;
- solution presentation. Clearly and persuasively communicate Aviasales' and Travelpayouts' values proposition and solutions to potential partners, showcasing how our products can benefit their business;
- pipeline management. Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through various stages of the sales process;
- sales growth. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and expanding the partner network. Win big here with our generous bonus scheme for smashing and exceeding targets;
- market feedback. Provide regular updates and insights from the market to the Product, Marketing and Partner management teams.
What we expect from you:
- proficiency in English and Russian, both in writing and verbally;
- proven experience of 3+ years in B2B sales with a track record of successful partnerships in the IT, travel or affiliate marketing industry;
- strong negotiation and communication skills;
- proficiency with the modern sales tech stack. Hands-on experience with sales automation and prospecting tools (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly, Clay) is essential. Comfortable building and managing automated outreach campaigns;
- creative, multichannel approach to prospecting. Have proven experience engaging with key decision-makers through social media, messengers, and other channels. Exceptional copywriting skills, with a focus on creating high-converting messaging at scale;
- a highly adaptable and systematic mindset. Proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Can quickly pivot to new markets or ICPs, take full ownership of own pipeline, and find solutions without waiting for instructions;
- ability to work independently and in a team, with a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
